Pure quilt

"Pure Elements" has been a revelation for me. It is just the perfect line of fabric for this spring (and summer). Working with them has been really fun and pleasing. Super-quality solid fabrics that will certainly stand out in any quilting project.
Naturally I named the quilt "Pure". I did not follow their pattern (just made it up, wasn't that difficult) but the idea was not originally mine. Spool Sewing is offering a quilt kit to make this quilt here. It was love at first site! The colors are my all time favorites...The pattern is fairly easy -a disappearing nine patch-, but getting everything in order was a bit tricky.
The backing fabric is also from Art Gallery fabrics, the concept was not to spoil the "quality" of the quilt by using a different brand of cotton. And I just adore it! It belongs to the Bespoken collection by Patricia Bravo.
The Pure quilt is available for sale in my Etsy store.
